Judith is a Director of the Greenbank Partnership and leads our Leadership and Developing Teams Practices. She has a wealth of experience in the areas of leadership and management development working with clients in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. She has a down to earth, engaging style and enjoys working in close partnership with clients and colleagues to design and deliver tailor-made programmes which make a real difference to both individuals and their organisations.

Derek is a key consultant in our Leadership team with an incredible depth of experience and personal gravitas. He has worked extensively in Europe and Asia and his range of personal and business skills enables him to work powerfully with leaders at the highest levels in organisations. He is a skilful facilitator, presenter and executive coach.

Arlette is a key member of our Leadership team with extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programmes focusing on Change and Leadership across Europe and also works with senior leaders as an executive coach. Much of her work focuses on the impact of change on people, enabling individuals and teams to manage it for themselves and for their organisation. She focuses on what it means to be a leader, and how to develop leadership at both an individual and organisational level.
Arlette was born and educated in France and has worked in the US and Switzerland for many years before moving to the UK over 10 years ago. This multi-cultural background brings an extra dimension to her work with international organisations and teams.

Diana consults in the areas of Leadership and Team Development.Her experience includes middle and senior management development programmes in the areas of leadership and influence, one-to-one executive coaching and team development. Born in the USA, Diana has lived in Germany as well as in the United Kingdom. Her international background has been useful in the work she does in multi-national organisations around the world.

Sally works as part of both our Leadership and Team Development Practices. She brings energy and enthusiasm to all her programmes whether this is with teams. Managers or individual professionals helping them to develop the skills they need to be successful. Her areas of work include team development, coaching, people management and she has particularly strong background in the area of performance management and personal impact.

Phil works within our Leadership and Team Development practices helping our clients with their personal and career development through one-to-one coaching and small group workshops; creative thinking and innovation and change leadership. Phil is also a gifted writer and can produce scripted dramas, video and pod casts which support organisational change initiatives-bringing a light and entertaining touch to vital issues our clients are facing.

Dominic Swords is a Strategy Consultant and Independent Financial Economist and Fellow in the Centre for Management Development at London Business School and a regular speaker at corporate conferences on the business impact of economic change. He supports our Driving Sales Growth and Leadership Practices offering his expertise in the areas of demographic & economic trends, industry and market analysis, developing business scenarios and strategic management in Professional Services Firms.

Alison is one of our experienced Executive Coaches and also works within our Team Development Practice facilitating teams and running team events to develop strategy or improve team effectiveness.
Alison has over 18 years experience working at a senior level in HR both in the UK, Asia and the US. She is a Henley Business School accredited coach and facilitator.

John is a great asset within our Driving Sales Growth & Team Development practices where he uses his extensive finance and business experience to develop and offer a wide range of financial courses. John works with our clients to build tailored business simulations and exercises which relate directly to each client’s business context and financial processes. This gives participants the opportunity to take a hands-on approach to learning and see directly the impact of their decisions on the finances of their business.
Ru is a chartered psychologist and has worked with several world-renowned Business Schools. She has over ten years of international experience working in a range of industries and business sectors within Europe, the US and Asia.
In recent years she has focused on working with senior leaders to develop their personal awareness and to identify their strengths and where they can develop still further. This might involve 1:1 executive coaching, intact team development or large-scale leadership programmes.

Antoinette is an experienced business psychologist and management development consultant who is now based in Michigan, USA and supports the delivery of our Leadership and Team Development programmes in North America. She has extensive international experience working in Europe, China and Africa where she has developed and delivered management development programmes and assessment centres. She also has considerable experience of executive coaching and psychometric based development.

Rita is part of our Leadership practice and also an Executive Coach. She has lived in Europe and worked around the globe and is currently based in Phoenix, Arizona. She is skilled in executive development, change programme design and implementation, executive coaching, seminar facilitation and program design.
Rita is a faculty member at seven colleges/universities including Monterey Institute for International Studies, JFK University, and St. Mary’s College in California, Michigan State University and University of Phoenix (AZ).

Tania is one of our experienced Executive Coaches and we also draw upon her experience as a Life Coach in our Coaching for High Performance programme. Using a variety of coaching techniques including NLP and hypnosis, Tania works with individuals who may feel that they have become ‘stuck’ in their current paths, unable to move forward or make positive change.

Sergio is part of our Leadership and Team Development Practices. He is based in Miami and delivers Greenbank programmes in both Latin and North America. He has 20 plus years in designing and delivering leadership, people management, interpersonal skills, influencing, coaching and cross cultural training in three languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. Over the years he has been involved in many programmes where a global roll out has been vital to the implementation of strategy and organisational change.

Jose Luis is a member of our Leadership team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and he delivers our programmes in Latin America. He facilitates programmes in Spanish, English and Portuguese which help managers to develop their own performance and the performance of their people. His areas of expertise include people management, team building, leadership, coaching, individual and team development and project management.

Eliza is an important member of our Leadership team and delivers our management development programmes in Asia. Eliza is based in Singapore and works extensively throughout the region working with clients to design and deliver programmes. She is also part of the adjunct faculty at the Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business.
Eliza works with senior leaders and their teams to help them to develop an international mindset and cross cultural sensitivity with an emphasis on living and working in Asia. Her extensive experience allows her to facilitate and deliver programmes across a broad spectrum of areas; these include developing strategy, people management, project management, management of change and negotiation skills. In addition to our leadership programmes her work also includes team building and executive coaching.
