Phil delivers our consultative selling programme.
He has over 25 years with blue-chip companies in a variety of roles, giving him a real depth and breadth of experience which he brings into the training room
Phil is well known for his enthusiastic, down-to-earth style and bringing out the practical uses from potentially complex concepts.

Ian leads our Customer Intelligence sub-practice.
He has 15 years senior marketing management experience which has allowed him to develop a unique industry-leading approach to client loyalty and retention.
He specialises in helping our clients strengthen their skills and behaviours around retention, new business development and marketing strategy. He is an acknowledged expert in uncovering what is really going on in minds of our clients’ customers – often the starting point to a transformation programme.

Mark delivers our consultative selling programme, with a particular focus on the challenging world of new business sales and cold calling.
He uses his 16 highly successful years in publishing sales and recruitment where he held senior sales and management positions and now works in a number of sectors, with clients including & Decker; AutoTrader; Google, Nokia, Mars/Masterfoods.

Tim delivers our consultative selling programme, with a particular focus on building effective telephone sales teams.
He has over 20 years business and senior management experience, gained within both his own businesses and the corporate world. He progressed through the ranks of the YELL business at record breaking speed and spent 15years in senior management positions within the Sales & training divisions.
Tim has a keen sense of humour and enjoys engaging those he works with in a fun and informal way.

Adam is a west end actor who brings a taste of the theatre to our sales programmes. He leads our work in personal impact and use of voice and body in situations such as presentation skills, executive conversations and managing conflict.
Adam also specialises in executive coaching where personal impact is a key requirement – eg in helping executives or partners through promotional panels.

Marcello is based in Brussels and delivers our sales and personal skills programmes across Europe – especially when there is a requirement for fluent Italian, Spanish or French delivery. He has broad ranging academic background, including degrees at masters level in Human Resources.
Marcello brings invaluable interpersonal and intercultural experience to the Greenbank team. His strengths lie with his strong and flexible communication skills and with the ability to effectively put a wide variety of messages across, no matter how complex they are or the nature of the audience in front of him.
