Our Developing Leaders practice focuses on the skills, processes and self-confidence which we know that Leaders need, in order to drive high performance in their organisations.
We have developed a wide range of materials, tools and programmes that we can draw upon to help managers at every level, whether they are starting out on their leadership career or already running large organisations and looking to hone their skills; this includes a variety of psychometric and 360° tools, business simulations, role plays and leadership exercises.
Every leader has an individual set of skills, style and approach and every organisation faces different leadership challenges so we work hard with our clients to design our programmes to reflect these differences so that individuals can have an immediately impact on the performance of their people and their business.

Our approach is to work with Leaders to understand their individual strengths and style and how they can have the greatest impact on the performance of individuals, teams and the business as a whole. We then use a variety of approaches to develop capabilities including:
360° Surveys - these can be tailor-made. We also offer the Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader and Extraordinary Coach questionnaires which give individuals the ability to bench mark themselves against the top percentile of leaders in the world.
Psychometrics - we can draw upon a range of psychometrics to help Leaders develop their self awareness and understanding of the people they are leading
Assessment & Development Centres - we can design assessment centre programmes based on our clients competencies to help identify the ‘match’ between individuals and the requirement of different leadership role and offer practical development plans to help them ‘bridge’ any gaps.
Leadership Programmes - tailored programmes for both new and experienced leaders. Our designs are highly interactive, with a high tutor:participant ratio and with plenty of time allowed for practice, feedback and more practice!
Coaching - for Leaders at all levels, building their leadership and personal capabilities and working with them to tackle issues such as; personal impact & reputation, preparation for promotional boards, developing work-life balance or handling difficult personal or organisational challenges.
Action Learning - within our workshops we encourage our Leaders to continue their learning back in the workplace. Action Learning groups are one way that we support this and we offer a range of action learning techniques and facilitate groups so that learning becomes a natural part of the business not just something which takes place on workshops.
